If you found a bug in the Ami app from Google Play, please let us know.
There are several ways to contact us.
Best option: Telegram
The most convenient way for us is Telegram:
- just message our Telegram bot
- or send a private message to our Telegram channel (please not use comments as they are visible to other people)
This helps us respond faster because we can usually find your Ami account right away.
You can also message us on Instagram.
We still check it, but the response may be a bit slower than in Telegram.
Inside the app
In the Ami app, you can use the option to suggest an idea or report a bug.
This is useful for simple reports, but please note that you cannot attach screenshots or videos there.

Email is also supported, but the response time may be slower.
What to include
Please briefly describe:
- what happened
- what you expected to happen
- where in the app it happened
- screenshots or videos, if possible
- your device model and Android version, if you know them
